The Creation Process

In this studio drawing is the fundamental cornerstone of all projects. In fact it’s the artists favourite part of the process. Project requirements follow a brief supplied by the customer, and all new creations are drawn in pencil to start with, then completed into colour versions. If the medium of choice is graphite, coloured pencil as this example here, or watercolour, then the layers of colour are added in opaque layers in order to build upon the colour layers slowly, which takes time and a lot of patience.
