Illustration Description
The poster was created to highlight the environmental pressures on the common frog, also known as the European frog. The poster illustrated each stage of the frogs life cycle and development aligning with information describing pressures such as leakage of pesticides and farm chemical into pond water, loss of habitat and the destruction of suitable breeding sites, to increased risk of predation from non-native species such as mink and domestic cats. The individual illustrations were scanned and saved onto the computer and designed into a poster using Adobe Illustrator.
