This illustration was completed for a Canadian meat producing company and the infographic for use within their internal training materials.
The brief was to create an illustration of the anatomical features of a pig carcass to be highlighted using an illustrated medium. The anatomy to include was the musculature lateral view without labelling (superficial muscle anatomy) of pork carcass. The musculature medial view with labelling (deep muscle dissection) of pork carcass. The musculature medial view without labelling (deep muscle dissection) and in respect of the location of the lymph nodes.
