Illustration Description

The purpose of the illustration was to fulfil a brief commissioned to support education and to knowledge transfer across the global food supply chain industries: agriculture, aquaculture and veterinary. The illustration was first drawn in pencil to make sure the anatomy was accurate and then painted using Photoshop’s digital painting tools. The illustration was provided in a poster format as a labelled and unlabelled version.
